Clarity. Connection. Growth.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve spent a long time holding things together on your own. My role is to offer a space where you don’t have to perform, explain away your pain, or have everything figured out. I believe healing happens in relationship through curiosity, honesty, and meaningful human connection.

Why Therapy?

You may be someone who’s been carrying a lot for a long time, supporting others while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Anxiety, stress, depression, past experiences, or relationship patterns may keep resurfacing. You might be navigating identity, parenting, life transitions, or a sense that something needs to change. You’re not looking for quick fixes, but for understanding, depth, and a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others in a more grounded, authentic way.

I’m an Oakland-based Black/Multiracial Associate offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy grounded in authentic connection. Using a strengths-based and collaborative approach, I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and relational work to help you explore patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change at your own pace.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and daunting, especially if you’ve been doing it all on your own or you don't have the support that you need. You don’t need perfect words or a clear plan, just curiosity and willingness. I offer a grounded, respectful space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. If this resonates, I welcome the chance to connect.
